Richard Butts operates at a level most agencies never see. As a Digital Marketing Director, he executed a "God Mode" growth strategy for Lorex Technology, scaling eCommerce revenue from $20M to $99M YoY. managing over $70M in paid media and $20M in traditional marketing, Richard dominated every channel—from CES in Las Vegas and billboards to the pages of the NY Times and Washington Post. But it was during his time inside LMN—working directly as Mark Bradley’s Paid Channel Strategist for LMN Pro, Gro, Lend, and Greenius—that he identified a critical failure in the industry. He saw contractors pouring money into ads, only to watch the revenue leak out of broken systems. He realized that running ads isn't enough. Groundbreakers was born to fix this. Richard pivoted from pure marketing to Revenue Infrastructure, building the enterprise-grade systems that allow contractors to actually capture the growth he knows how to drive.
