1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website or engaging Groundbreakers for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Groundbreakers provides Revenue Operations consulting, technical audits, and middleware architecture services. All services are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed by the Client.

3. No Guarantees of Revenue While we engineer systems designed for scale and efficiency, Groundbreakers does not guarantee specific revenue results, profit margins, or business valuations. Business outcomes depend on market conditions and Client execution.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client Data: You retain full ownership of your customer lists and financial data.

• Our IP: Groundbreakers retains ownership of its proprietary code, "Revenue Architecture" methodologies, and pre-built middleware frameworks used to deliver the service, unless otherwise assigned in a custom SOW.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groundbreakers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 6 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
